- Identifying business opportunities, coordinating business generation activities, developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect, and interact with vendors and potential customers.
- Website & social media handling
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, forecasting and maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
- Generating Leads, communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
