HR Manager

Location: Fresh Mind Ideas Pvt Ltd, Technopark, Trivandrum

Experience: 2–3 Years

Reports To: CEO / Director of Client Services

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Manager with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a creative agency or IT company. The ideal candidate should be confident, process-oriented, people-friendly, and capable of handling end-to-end HR operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring
   • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
   • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for design, tech, digital marketing, and support roles.
   • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
2. HR Operations
   • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
   • Set up and manage HR processes, policies, and compliance.
   • Handle attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and performance tracking.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
   • Create and execute employee engagement initiatives.
   • Organize internal events, team activities, and cultural programs.
   • Contribute to maintaining a positive, growth-oriented work culture.
4. Performance Management
   • Coordinate KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews, and appraisal cycles.
   • Support managers in team evaluation, feedback, and development processes.
5. Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
   • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
   • Facilitate healthy communication between management and teams.
   • Manage disciplinary procedures professionally.
6. Training & Development
   • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs.
   • Collaborate with leadership to develop learning roadmaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience (agency/IT company experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
